Likes

All marketing and Sales people were asked to work from home even before the Government announced the lock-down of 21 days in our Country. And after that rest of the employees were also asked to work from home to reduce the spread of Coronavirus. So I would say company does really care for its employees. Thank to Sammys Dreamland!

I feel there should have training to learn new skills and get updated with latest changes pertaining to our area of work.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
