No any policy for employees. Worst management I had ever experienced in my working Carrier. Middle management worst politics, working pressure. No HR policies no policies for leaves. Favoritism No working culture. Employee leave organization within 6 months. No any policy for employees. No canteen facility. Not clear dues of employees who left the organization. I left Samarth in may but till date my dues are not clear and no one even take responsibility for the same....Read More

Worst peoples & all Business is depends on money adjustment at stockists basis, 2nd line Manager's using petrocards personally & all fraud names of purchase Manager's given for petrocards & all other activities using personally.
