Working here like a second home, HR work is very good they are always keeping some activities for us. for our physical health and mental health they are giving so much training. HR is treating all people in same boat. that is a very good think happened here,.

1) salary , increments and new opportunities are very less. some time feel new and old staff discrimination here. leave our their department,

I can't believe it's been 10 years! This is the first time I've spend a decade with one organization, its been truly life changing. Honestly, there is no room for improvement as SBF (Salaam Bombay Foundation) is always thinking 10 steps ahead, as they compete with the corporate.

I handle the kathak academy through arts in salaam bombay foundation, the students are able to see the growth of other skill along with the curriculum like team work, confidence, decision making , creativity, emotion management etc. While teaching this skill students also get to learn themselves.

Salary growth is not happing as much as desired
