I can't believe it's been 10 years! This is the first time I've spend a decade with one organization, its been truly life changing. This place has help me to grow, challenge me with meaningful roles, fostered a culture of diversity and inclusion where everyone belongs. Its feedback is the opportunity to express my thoughts, Three cheers for SBF :)

Honestly, there is no room for improvement as SBF (Salaam Bombay Foundation) is always thinking 10 steps ahead, as they compete with the corporate.

I handle the kathak academy through arts in salaam bombay foundation, the students are able to see the growth of other skill along with the curriculum like team work, confidence, decision making , creativity, emotion management etc. While teaching this skill students also get to learn themselves.

Salary growth is not happing as much as desired
