Working Culture in the company is very relaxed & one can easily adapt the culture who are newcomer or new joined in the company.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work are not appreciated by manager unless you are very closed to them. Seniors plays lot of politics in the company with the new comer or new joined person. As far as futuristic approach or career regarding in the company is very dark for the new joined. Seniors are not friendly ( not all of them) with the juniors. New ideas are not welcomed.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
