Everything from HR department to Marketing everything is scrap in this company 1. Worst work culture I have seen in my life till today 2. Politics Hub 3. Zero % Growth Opportunity .. they have not given even 1% increment from last 3 years in the name of company is making loses 4. You would feel working with outdated people who doesn't have basic computer knowledge. You would be surrounded by Old age ppl around 35 to 50-60 year old 5. They are still using Windows XP 97 .. so one can imagine company situation now If you want govt. Type job then join this and enjoy comfort zone till your retirement with same salary that you get at the time of joining...Read More

I felt prestigious to work at Sakal. As a Sakal employee I got lot of respect from socity. Sakal has a very good hardworking culture, where I learnt discipline and good work culture, which is still helpful for me at my today's work place.
