Good thing about Saitech Medicare Pvt Ltd is that if you make any mistake while doing anything then you don't need to take too much tension because no body is there who can point out and rectify your mistakes. Apart from this, you can easily listen to music, play ludo bcz work pressure is not much there.

Dislikes

If I talk about Job Profile then there is no specific job profile for anybody you have to do whatever your management asked you to do no matter it comes into your job profile or not. If I talk about leaves although two leaves are allowed in a month but person need to take the prior approval from the management which is like asking aboss for his own kidney if you don't take the leave in the same month it will be lapsed. Moreover if you take the leave without prior information then salary of one and half day will be deducted. If anybody just wants to remove the fresher tag from their profile then they can join this company otherwise spending time at this company is wasting your time as well as efforts because no body is literate enough to recognise your efforts....Read More

Work Details

If I talked about my overall working experience then I can say that I have wasted my crucial time over there. Because there is no proper system at the company management doesn't want to bring the new changes at the company.
