Dislikes

Very strict timings to be followed, 9AM to 7PM work. Almost 10 Hour in office to be spent without exception. Even 1 min delay is considered as a big crime and getting reported at management levels.

Hire fire culture , you never know when you'll get fired to everyone they say performance issue , micro management a lot, pressurized environment, manager are bad at planning they just assume without looking at actually requirements. They mislead by saying no deadline.
