This is applicable for glass purchase department biased culture. You can survive if u have god father either from same state or your colleagues from previous company

This organization mostly favors employees with lower salaries, but if you get higher pay, you need to keep your boss happy. Now the purchasing department is like a national company. Lately, they are giving preference to people from other states, even if they are not as skilled, over those from the South this applicable only in purchase dept. For example if you donot know basic English to speak to your team and if you are from same state as boss i guess everyone knows state then irrespective of his or her skill you will be TL. During Covid 18 lockdown Saint Gobain takecare our family quite well as well as end person in the field. Who so ever associated with us, we reached them for support. Example PPE kit, mask, sanitizer etc distribution, food etc. distribution, regular feedback from Management, online 24x7 medical emergency support also provided by company.

My experience was good. However I wasn't explained the profile clearly during job allotment. I learnt the role in job. There wasn't much encouragement to take new projects. Experienced lack of proper communication between department and within team.

Worst company They hire girls for their gender ratio but they send girls to weird construction sites and they doesn't care about female employee. Worst work culture here They take your money but never pays you back your claim. They treat you so bad they mentally harrased you for not completing the target. No salary hikes No promotion.

Canteen look like but food quality is very poor and not available sweet and not like South Indian breakfast recipes and aney function not available for Team member When there is any function in the company, they are not able to participate, there is no facility for them nor do they get any reward, all the functions are prepared according to the general team.

1. Company advertises that it promotes job roatation, while many employees get benefitted out of it, it is not the case for everyone, ppl suffer in the same role for years together. 2. Company needs to revisit the capabitility of the existing managers in the mid senior level, many poor managers lead to increased attrition. 3. Poor work life balance.
