Canteen look like but food quality is very poor and not available sweet and not like South Indian breakfast recipes and aney function not available for Team member When there is any function in the company, they are not able to participate, there is no facility for them nor do they get any reward, all the functions are prepared according to the general team.

1. Good place to learn and grow. 2.Company does many employee engagement activities. 3. Learning and development initiatives are performed often which boosts your motivation to work.

1. Company advertises that it promotes job roatation, while many employees get benefitted out of it, it is not the case for everyone, ppl suffer in the same role for years together. 2. Company needs to revisit the capabitility of the existing managers in the mid senior level, many poor managers lead to increased attrition. 3. Poor work life balance.
