This company is a very good company for open cultures .I learned too much in this company and this company believe in quality so it is a 1st class company in a float glass.more growth in this company compare to market.and I also like for re-hire policy.

Worst company They hire girls for their gender ratio but they send girls to weird construction sites and they doesn't care about female employee. Worst work culture here They take your money but never pays you back your claim. They treat you so bad they mentally harrased you for not completing the target. No salary hikes No promotion.
