The management ensures financial as well as professional growth . Work culture is highly involving and progressive. Continuous learning and training for the staff is ensured. In the recent years the school has set a bench mark.

Dislikes

There is predominant politics in the system. Though management doesn't allow petty gossiping and discussions, it happens.

Work Details

It's quite satisfactory. I struggled to cope with earlier but later on it became totally interesting and learnt many skills which proved highly beneficial to me.

Teachers are given enough trainings and seminars for professional development..There is a strong bond among the employees despite of the individual differences.As much as possible the school administrators are giving time for relaxation and rejuvenation by having some outing and recreational activities

Dislikes

The present administrators are authoritarian that the employees suggestions are oftentimes ignored.

It's very challenging because a teacher handles at least 4preparations since there is only one or two sectioins in almost every grade level.
