The work culture is not advanced. The GM of Accounts don't know how to keep the Book of Accounts Neat and clean. No unity in Accounts Department each and every employee in accounts Department having too much attitude even though the team of Accounts is not well updated about the work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
