Work environment is really friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a bit of concern. Personally I loved working and learning a lot. But some might not like the way work is organised sometimes

The company management is not that much good. If one girl is doing accounts work then othen one should take marketng.. No matter if she appoints for accounts work only. No security of job for the girls. Teamates also insecure with new joiner.
