The work culture is terrible as there is no work according to education basis.. The higher authority likey to bend you for any kind of work which is not based on qualification. There is no freedom to female employees. The higher authority is likely want you u to sit with workers to eat your lunch, they will control where u eat, there are three nice places to eat.. but they just will close the gates of the route to the places.
