It's a worst hospital in my career they were giving preference to religion .And partiality among workers

It's a worst hospital in my career they have partiality among workers and they prefer religion I'm muslim and I faced a lot of discrimination they won't allow as to wear our scarf very terrible and even though we are experienced they treat as if we were freshers don't give any values and resoect

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
