I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Working environment is very good for all. Holiday and daily timings are perfect. But they never improve employees skills. No Appraisal system and not even timely increment are done.
