Good work atmosphere & seniors lets us to know about various techniques so it makes us to learn new things in this field. Colleagues are friendly too and nice job security.

Dislikes

Workers have to forget the appraisal as there is no increment/perks provided. Work life balance is too poor because we have to spend most of the time in company itself without proper compensation. Even its too difficult to get the vacation holiday and management is too poor because they bother about company profits only but not about workers.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal is too poor and should not expect it. The work pressure also too high because have to work 10hours as split shift like 5hours separate in morning & evening then sometimes have to work extra hours too without overtime & even in weekends too without expecting the extra perks too. Most of the employees are expats here & definitely the employee have to forget the yearly vacation leave as it will not be provided in a year as per govt rule but will be provided after 2years working period only....Read More

My work is of challenging as I have to produce the quality without any damage or loss. The company provides a great learning experience too but no appreciation to be expected.
