Good work atmosphere & seniors lets us to know about various techniques so it makes us to learn new things in this field. Colleagues are friendly too and nice job security.

Dislikes

Workers have to forget the appraisal as there is no increment/perks provided. Work life balance is too poor because we have to spend most of the time in company itself without proper compensation. Even its too difficult to get the vacation holiday and management is too poor because they bother about company profits only but not about workers.

Likes

The company is good for development & learning and which produce different types of flexible pu foams as per the customer requirements by quality management system. I am feeling proud as I am part of a Companies growth that produce high quality products and for developing the industry across globally. Even our companies are present in different countries like India, Egypt, Kuwait, Dubai & Saudi Arabia. Then our headquarters are present in Saudi Arabia with nearly four branches.As the advantage being in this company is job security & ability to learn new things & the colleagues who are supportive in nature.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal is too poor and should not expect it. The work pressure also too high because have to work 10hours as split shift like 5hours separate in morning & evening then sometimes have to work extra hours too without overtime & even in weekends too without expecting the extra perks too. Most of the employees are expats here & definitely the employee have to forget the yearly vacation leave as it will not be provided in a year as per govt rule but will be provided after 2years working period only.
