Very good hospital for learning and experience purposes but company has no sense how to work with medical health workers all departments all good with good learning environment and hospital staff also very cooperative But company rules and their supervisor are not comfortable for medical professionals.

Dislikes

Supervisors don't have any kind or medical health care experience and treat medical health workers as labour. They have no sense of quality of work. They post OT technician as Lab Technician and MTW as Lab technician When shortage of employs occur. This kind of behaviour is is dangerous for patients and also for employees.

Working in hospital departments is very good but with this company is a source of depression only because of their illiterate supervisors especially Mr Amit.
