Well about my experience through my Whole work experience in Safari company is almost average in every aspect, as my previous company has a lot of training programme for the employees and workers which here missing in Safari company, there is a big communication gap between employees and management teams even the essential things required for for workers and staff is missing here for example in our campus where we stay provided by safari is degraded there is no water, for 24 hrs there cleaning issues not good quality foods, there is no quality work environment for the employees because of communication gaps, it all will over come by the management if management talks to there employees, if we talk about the pandamic situation then company did will but not enough, yet more to come and will make the situation better.
