Hi I working in company from 8 Feb 2020 to September 2020 and during my tenure I face many problems in company like management are not supporting they depends on senior and old employee of company they discussed with them and take decision and equality in company management are belong from Punjab so they support more punjabi compareothers State, JOB SECURITY. There was no job security in company any time senior fire you from the company without any reason and without and Policy many time I face my plant head closed the gate for me and pressurized me to quit the job.
