As this was a newly established school it has given me a lot of opportunities to learn and grow from new experiences and I will forever be grateful for the support I received from my co-teachers.

Compensation is decent, but there's no career progress. Job security is almost non-existent. Teachers' individual strengths are not considered nor appreciated. You cannot voice out your dissent nor your suggestions for the betterment of the school and students. Nothing special initial stage this school encouraged very well but now the management has changed and it becomes worst. I am leaving this school because of the worst academic head and principal who joined this year without knowing our efforts.

Some stuff are really good and well educated.

But they hire most of the employees without checking their proper education. They are so lack in their work which is really scary for the kids. It's an educational institution not a joke. They prefer followers over thinkers and some jokers are sitting simply there due to their ignorance towards the system.

The mannerisms of principal

A lot of politics in school. CBSE academic head Ms Promila is very unprofessional and rude to teachers in her team. Resigned because of her. Only a few favorites get proper treatment. No proper communication of the assigned tasks. They retain original certificates n then pressurize to give 3 months salary if one decides to leave.
