Externally, there is a perception of excellence due to the association with the brand .while Mr Mukerjee is a commendable individual, he is unfortunately surrounded by individuals who's behaviour undermines the positive environment and organizational values.

Dislikes

The current work environment is contributing g to the determination of both physical and mental well-being. Despite demonstrated talent, there is no recognition or appreciation. Toxic behaviours are often celebrated, while individuals with less knowledge and inefficiency receive more appreciation. Those lacking conviction or principles are frequently given higher regard. Work culture for non production departments are not good, huge pressure from production departments, Designation does not work here as you have to do everything I guess।
