In Saba medical my colleagues are very helpful they do work in a team our manager gives good training like how to deal with the customers, distributors . Complete job security is given by the owner. Work environment is good.

Sometimes the thinking differs from person to person but that is natural.

Work Details

Entry of daily purchased goods, expiry goods details maintaining the 'H1 drugs' report, as we have the contract of RCF company so maintaining that records of that patients/customers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
