Coming to companies policies- Converting black money to white money always.( by TDS adjustments). To all there clients.

Dislikes

Working environment is very bad. One person called Abhilash he behaves like a dog 🐶. SA associates handled by one man called HR Suresh(not qualified CA) and this SA associate’s clients books are all made with adjustments. They have created Essae global Pvt Ltd(For adjustments purposes), one more person called Sudarshan(qualified CAand aged person) Gives advise to others regarding CA exam and try to brain wash by advising quit CA but can’t give advise to his own daughter.( her daughter still couldn’t even clear CPT and now CA inter also). More over there is no equality. Now this Abhilash and Sudarshan started a firm called Sudarsh and Abhilash. So better not to join this So called SA associates or Essae global pvt or Sudarshan and Abhilash. You don’t get any recognition regarding work or performance or anything. Because every one are egoist. And lastly the person called Abhilash is unethical person😂🤣....Read More

They won’t give any facilities but only unethical practises and no equality at all.

I don't think it was good experience. There was no opportunity for growth. No Management. No punctuation this is very important part of any organisation.

Dislikes

Timings and opportunities for growth. There is no Management. Nobody was punctual not come on time.
