Dislikes

They don't know what role should a manager play,what role should a project coordinator/assistant project coordinator play,what role Field supervisors play,they have mixed up everyone roles,plus favouratism is seen everywhere, some projects are ignored,some are praised indefinitely

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
