No work - life balance. No employee friendly policy. Not a good hike. Never ever taken a review from employee about manager. One sided review and decisions. Like a Dictator. Not good team management. Manager was busy in reading news and eating only, and if he gets some time from this busy schedule then he checks stock market. Too mu ch dedication for work. Manager and HR are very egoistic. Dirty politics inside company. Showing good travelling allowance before joining, after joining they hesitate to give your money to you. No professionalism. If employee have any problem then he should do a mail but if any IMP notice from company then it will be sent on WhatsApp. What an idea sir ji. No paperwork about increment, even after doing such small hike. They know only typing of warning letters. 3 years bond is a jail for your career growth. Note for joiners : Be aware from HR's sweet talk. After completion more than a year her sweet talk turns into orders / argument. As we invested our time in career so we dont have choice. Because they have our paperwork in their hand and they write negative points in our experience letter so that other company also hesitate to hire. Note for company : HR please do some work by sending paperwork to employees about hikes instead of irrelevant political things without proof. As I'm giving this feedback to alert freshers mainly, because they dont know this type of things can damage theirs future. So please don't waste your time here. No work life balance, was working with client location and we was treated like school children, No phone surfing, manager was very rude, they are doing escalations for very small things, increment are not as good, keeping employees on probation for very long time i.e more than 6 months.

3 years of bond for freshers and experienced employees.3 months notice period no by back option are available. When you join the company they asked to sign the bond. The justification for the bond is given by them like they will give the training. I was with company for long time even they not provided any type of training and certifications and not envest a single rupees for the training and certifications. The bond is big frod in this company. The another thing is if you want to leave the company in bond period employees need to pay big amount which is in Lacs. Many people having intrest on your personal life including people who is working on higher designation. Increment is good like 10% but salary is not up to the mark like market standards. Clinets are more important than employees for them. Some of the people alway try to make the clinet happy by doing "chatugiri". Business is important more than employees for the company and they can also avoid their employees for the same. Half day leave deduct after 10.30 if you came late. The account department very careful when they approve the allowance like they paying from thier pocket. The company is not private limited company it is a partnership ferm. Your designation will remain same years and years they will not change the designation and there is no such process to promote the employee. The Pf contribution by the company is only 125rs and employe contribution is 600. Now a days in 125 rs you cant not by even a 1kg vegitable oil and its a big joke still company contribution of pf is only 125. Its a really big loss of employees. When you put the paper in the company then you are able to see real colours of some peoples. Now a days this company transfer the extra amount of money into pf account without informing and taking confirmation from employee and last day they will deduct a same amount from full and final settlement. The Full and final settlement given on the employee last day. Some company peoples mentality is like employee should not leave the company for thier own growth.and they should take retirement from thier company only. They have a good skill to divert the employee when they put the paper. They ask you which company you will join once you told your feature company then they will say this a very baf company . They try to put fear in your mind so you stay in same company. Helth insurance is very limited only for the employee not for family with lot of terms and conditions. In the office AC will be switched off after 6 pm even in the summer. Some of the higher designation people treat as slave because they dont know what is the standard of IT and what is the value of IT engineer....Read More
