The company's policies are terrible. The HR is very rude and makes all the decisions, even the boss doesn't question her. The manager only cares about himself and has no concern for the team. They fire employees without any consideration for them or their families. They make one commitment initially but do something completely different later. Gives chance at fresher level to learn dirty politics within organisations.

Dislikes

No work - life balance. No employee friendly policy. Not a good hike. Never ever taken a review from employee about manager. One sided review and decisions. Like a Dictator. Not good team management. Manager was busy in reading news and eating only, and if he gets some time from this busy schedule then he checks stock market. Too much dedication for work. Manager and HR are very egoistic. Dirty politics inside company. Showing good travelling allowance before joining, after joining they hesitate to give your money to you. No professionalism. If employee have any problem then he should do a mail but if any IMP notice from company then it will be sent on WhatsApp. What an idea sir ji. No paperwork about increment, even after doing such small hike. They know only typing of warning letters. 3 years bond is a jail for your career growth. Note for joiners : Be aware from HR's sweet talk. After completion more than a year her sweet talk turns into orders / argument. As we invested our time in career so we dont have choice. Because they have our paperwork in their hand and they write negative points in our experience letter so that other company also hesitate to hire. Note for company : HR please do some work by sending paperwork to employees about hikes instead of irrelevant political things without proof. As I'm giving this feedback to alert freshers mainly, because they dont know this type of things can damage theirs future. So please don't waste your time here. It's your career so don't go in negativity by starting with this organisation. Else next reviewer will be you....Read More

Learning curve is good. You get to work and learn a lot around salesforce. Best to join if you are a fresher, experienced candidates steer clear from this company.

Dislikes

Appraisals are poor, 3 years of bond for fresher and 2 years for experienced candidate. No employee friendly policies. Policies change overnight without written intimation. No cafeteria or other facilities. Workplace is dull.

Work is hectic at times, workload depends on the project. All in all its stress free all because of the seniors around you who are pretty understanding, guiding and supportive (P. S: Depends whether these seniors stay until u join, I was lucky enough)

You learn a lot technically. Got to learn a lot from my technical seniors.

Dislikes

It's totally business oriented, employees well being is considered less. Bad management. Very less pay as per market standards.

Work Details

It was always plesent with my team members. Learned a lot. Yes we did over time and sometimes lot of work load. But I always believe in working as per need.
