1. SK International is only name, it has nothing to do with INTERNATIONAL 2. Managers and team leaders play corporate politics 3. Most toxic manager is "Mohini Bharti", Not even give proper travel expenses 4. Never listen to employee, Have to perform other vendor's task because my manager says it 5. You have to serve 3 years INVALID bond. Company will not spend a penny on you. 6. Sometimes I have been told to extend shift for no extra allowance.

Salary is less which will you get on time.

Dislikes

Management is worst. They are not really care about employees career. Not providing any valid documents like hike letter, experience letter. Never listens to their employees, they are just taking the decision and expecting you should have to say yes for whatever manager says. Started company in house. Company is not pvt ltd also Not getting good clients and project too. Already have lost so many employees and clients also. Please dont join this company if your are looking for better career and life.

...est on your personal life including people who is working on higher designation. Increment is good like 10% but salary is not up to the mark like market standards. Clinets are more important than employees for them. Some of the people alway try to make the clinet happy by doing "chatugiri". Business is important more than employees for the company and they can also avoid their employees for the same. Half day leave deduct after 10.30 if you came late. The account department very careful when they approve the allowance like they paying from thier pocket. The company is not private limited company it is a partnership ferm. Your designation will remain same years and years they will not change the designation and there is no such process to promote the employee. The Pf contribution by the company is only 125rs and employe contribution is 600. Now a days in 125 rs you cant not by even a 1kg vegitable oil and its a big joke still company contribution of pf is only 125. Its a really big loss of employees. When you put the paper in the company then you are able to see real colours of some peoples. Now a days this company transfer the extra amount of money into pf account without informing and taking confirmation from employee and last day they will deduct a same amount from full and final settlement. The Full and final settlement given on the employee last day. Some company peoples mentality is like employee should not leave the company for thier own growth.and they should take retirement from thier company only. They have a good skill to divert the employee when they put the paper. They ask you which company you will join once you told your feature company then they will say this a very baf company . They try to put fear in your mind so you stay in same company. Helth insurance is very limited only for the employee not for family with lot of terms and conditions. In the office AC will be switched off after 6 pm even in the summer. Some of the higher designation people treat as slave because they dont know what is the standard of IT and what is the value of IT engineer.

Pf contribution is only 125 rs . Dont having any training and certifications even company signed the bond . Dont cut the extra amount on last day. Dont show your attitude to employees otherwise they will easily find the jobs in other it company where they can get the respect,money and facilities more than you Dont having any expectations from this company policy will became a good for employees .
