Additionally, I feel that the work culture could be more collaborative and supportive, as internal processes sometimes create challenges in achieving efficiency. Lastly, internal politics at times affect transparency and smooth workflow, which can be challenging to navigate.

Low work pressure Work life balance was manageable Travel is convenient as it's nearby Dadar Railway Station in East Managers are easily accessible Exposure to different technologies

Low Salary Appraisals are not upto standards Bond of 3 years which if broken some amount around 3 lakhs is to be paid

1. SK International is only name, it has nothing to do with INTERNATIONAL 2. Managers and team leaders play corporate politics 3. Most toxic manager is "Mohini Bharti", Not even give proper travel expenses 4. Never listen to employee, Have to perform other vendor's task because my manager says it 5. You have to serve 3 years INVALID bond. Company will not spend a penny on you. 6. Sometimes I have been told to extend shift for no extra allowance.
