Fully politics of this management and low level employees not hearing and not important of this company and company management is very poor

Metropolitan city low level salary is a 10000 but this company salary 8500 and salaryla food allowance 1500 add panni totally 10000 then other MFI or Finance companies minimum incentive is above 5000 but this company maximum incentive below 5000

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The Company is taking rapid steps towards professionalism. The old culture of owner driven attitude is being replaced with professional management. The growth of the company is stupendous during the last two years.

Work pressure is not much but the level of professionalism has to improve a lot. Slowly getting rid of the owner driven culture. Dead wood in many departments yet to be removed
