I have been worked at Krish Compusoft Services full time for more than 5+ Years. Team Members are good and supportive. Good for Learnt new things.

Dislikes

1. Top Management including CEO and VP are the worst. 2. Appraisal month is April in the company but they used to make it delay as much as possible by giving wrong reasons and start playing their dirty politics for terminates the employees in the name of performance issues. 3. HR team is puppet of higher level management. I have not seen any helping hand from HR. They even can't be sent an email for Birthday wishes to employees without VP permission. 4. At the Ahmedabad office, VP is smartly putting his players in leadership positions in all departments. Those players are just a puppet of him and do what he says. 5. PMO used to do the marketing that team must work had especially on weekend to achieve the deadlines of the project. She never care about the project estimation and complexity. She always force to finish the work whether that is quality work or not. 6. If any employee puts the resignation with in the 3 months after getting appraisal than they can't consider his appraisal and deduct the appraisal amount in the Full & Final settlement. 7.
