I loved the team and the senior management during my tenure here. I felt very valued as a part of the team. My initial learning curve was shortened only because of the good intervention of the senior managers. Rydon was a best fit for me in terms of my work ethos. They never compromised on any elements both internal and external. A very stringent process in manufacturing and everything else gave me immense satisfaction. The work is a bit demanding but I understand that the process is required to ensure the end product comes out as per best standards. Would not consider this a dislike.
