The biggest disadvantage of this company is that you are constantly under surveillance. Each and every activity and what you speak is captured. This is a breach of privacy. This makes one feel nurveious, unnatural & uncomfortable. People judged you based on gender. If you are a female, you will find people around you who will make you unconfortable. 6 Days working is not to be preferred. Punching should be on the Ground Floor. Salary Increment should be on time (In the June Every Year). Salary Increment % of the staff above Executive and Sr. Executive and staff below AGM must be Higher.
