Very good company. All the HO staffs are very co-operative.

Dislikes

In laminate division we can't compete with other brands due to some internal management policies. My ZM was not supportive at all. He never provide any solutions to the problems. He always blamed his team members and his attitude was too bad which was not expected from a ZM.

If you are lucky enough to get Good HOD, you will find this company worth working for. Your fate will depend on the kind of team you get to work for. Always check who is going to be your HOD or immediate supervisor.

The biggest disadvantage of this company is that you are constantly under surveillance. Each and every activity and what you speak is captured. This is a breach of privacy. This makes one feel nurveious, unnatural & uncomfortable. People judged you based on gender. If you are a female, you will find people around you who will make you unconfortable.
