There is no dislike about working, RFPL is a good company and there is training for every new joiners and lot of supporting, there is no politics. Career growth is good, No bonds.

Communicate with co-workers if any issues on the work process. In the beginning time I'm so suffered communication skills now improve my skills because there is weekly concall and also join RM in the meet. And I learn work process.
