Without proper knowledge or investigation, they will terminate everyone. After they will give the key to who is the real thief. Rupeek will throw out the hard worked employees like a garbage. They won't think about those employee's future. Literally they are playing basketball with employee's life. I am planning to relieve from Rupeek soon. Really I am disappointed with Rupeek. 👎🏽

Rupeek is having a best work environment you feel like it your family while you are working there. The managers and TLs all are very good towards their collegues and guniors and emloyees.

They hires employees in bulk but when their budget gets a shake or share market gets extrmely down they will remove you without informing you , they just inform this number of emplyees will get terminated but do not reveal the names and even for informing on termination day about pyments the HR fro m this company will not call you the third party vendor OLX People's HR will call you.
