1. Work life balance is good 2. Staff are provided with Residential flat 3. Homely atmosphere in office and Colony 4. Timely salary 5. Job security 6. Leaves can be availed almost whenever required

Dislikes

1. Career growth is slow 2. No such appraisal is there, it depends on face value 3. All types of benefits are for the senior management personnel only 4. Management is not so employee friendly 5. No such allowance is there, except bonus, and medical 6. No group insurance is available 7. Medical emergency and the schooling of the toddlers are really serious issues.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
