I have nothing at all to like about this Company

1.Runaya is a company which is being marketed by the Vedanta brand name. 2.The plant management doesn't have the basic knowledge of management.Only thing they want is to run the production and sell the product.There is no problem solving approch or continuous improvement approach. 3.The office culture is terribly toxic.Managers haveall the rights to shout at you like anything with the threatening language. 4.There is no trainings for the trainees.They are just expected to do the job impeccably from the very first day.Also no such resource development trainings(e.g. six sigma, ISO) for the employees. 5.Politics is everywhere. I have just tried to list down a few points.The list will be way longer if I try to put down all. Suggestion- please don't get fooled by the Vedanta brand name and if you have good job with a friendly work culture (even if you don't have) then don't join here....Read More
