Company looks good from outside but broken inside.

No stability in management. People who can do buttering are safe. No growth option you will find here. Salary is not as per industry. No job security. High employees turnover. No future of the company.

My work life is hectic here but I can not change due to family issues. No flexibility in work even no reporting system is developed.

If you fond of window shopping that's makes you smile by seeing the things but does not provide you power/position to buy those things which gives you happiness...must join Company assets has good potential but no where in market because:

if anyone is fond of good infrastructure and interested to adore it on everyday and least bother about career growth must join 1. Management has no potential and geographical disadvantage 2. Fixed cost is too high no where to achieve break even point in next 12-15 years. 3. Hardly 5-7 customers company has including scrap customers.4. Work Satisfaction : Nil but for lazy one's absolute go-ahead. 5. Salary Satisfaction: Not at all 6. Work Culture: Pathetic 7. Growth / Promotion : good to move on rather than waiting for same. 8.
