Lol nothing cos to like a company they need to exist in the market,they run their so called company in a useless claustrophobic co working space with just 10-15 emp and hilarious part is they cal themselves a skill development company😂All the bad reviews are the honest reviews and the good ones are the 10-15 employes and their relatives/friends who post on their behalf😆its like a corporate small north korean cos we hav to dance according to them.came across first company who asks you take a selfie weneva you login n logout from start and end of ur shift including breaks and if u dont take it on time and selfie is blurred then salary its gone like honestly gone.als none of them no english except the owner dhaaniya n mosin and the rest agents are all in marathi..worse then a domestic company....Read More

U have to be on time but logout time is according to them.there are people who com from 20-25km and travel by bus and stil hav to wait till 9-10pm and that too female employees.No concern and safety at all and saturdy compulsory working. Nothing to like in the organization. They promise a travel expense policy, and then forget about it. They make you travel long hours and provide for it, and then say it doesn't fit in our policy so we can't reimburse it. These people won't even pay you for the work you did as per the contract!

Payment is still pending from their end after 2 months. Their one employee named Komal who handles payments is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Other employees are okay when it comes to professionalism, however, company lacks ethics and doesn't provode payments to the freelance trainers. Doesn't understand how a contract signingprocess occurs and when it should be signed, before or after 2 months of the training. These people keep hiring new trainers and then give them 1 training assignment, and don't pay them. That's their game for cost reduction....Read More

They only think about their QC selects they only want their target complete anyhow, as many employees are working hard their but they literally don't care about their employees, if the employee won't complete the target they say to resign the job.
