Open forum to discuss directly with Director. Director and Manager (who are tenure in the organisation) are great. They help you to learn and guide you in a good way without judging.

No problem solving team, Management never listen to your problems, Work environment is terrible, No increment, No salary growth in time , Appraisal never on time, No salary on time , If escalation is raised no one will listen on time. Very bad environment. No benifit for employees who has family. Big scam while hiring employees. NO I.J.P . Employees leave the organisation within in 6months. Increment is not good .
