Failing is good because our next idea will be even better. We have rewritten almost all code atlest twice for scale and performance requirements. Today we feel much better with what we have then what we had yesturday this process make you a better engineer. In rtbrick technology never gets statisified or content with what is been achived. Every achivement is seen as stepping stone for next set of important goals. which keeps us at our toes and eventually pushes the standards even higher. If anyone sees this as a double edged sword rtbrick is not the place for them.

Startup's are always challenging. There will never be the luxury of man power. Each individuals are expected to perform to the max, involved in more than one project and doing multi-tasking. If we don't do smart work, surely we need to carve out time from our personal life. The same is true for RtBrick as well.
