Startup's are always challenging. There will never be the luxury of man power. Each individuals are expected to perform to the max, involved in more than one project and doing multi-tasking. If we don't do smart work, surely we need to carve out time from our personal life. The same is true for RtBrick as well.

. Learning is guaranteed. Frequent random discussions initiated by experienced people along with explanation and questions really help one think deep. . Management makes sure employee is not given redundant work and there is room to increase knowledge with every work assigned
