Failing is good because our next idea will be even better. We have rewritten almost all code atlest twice for scale and performance requirements. Today we feel much better with what we have then what we had yesturday this process make you a better engineer. Working for a startup can involve a lot of risk, that's no secret three out of every four startups fail. In Fact, there are startups funerals in silicon valley where CEO's can highlight the demise of their company and ruminate on the mistakes they made. We have successfully survived for almost 6 years now with consistent technological growth and healthy balance sheet this is no small feat in our competative networking domain. This is because of qualified leadership team, the talent pool, cordial relationship between employees, unconditional commitment and effort put be each and every one of us. This gives us a lot of confidance, trust in what we are doing and required motivation to do even better. The first thing most people mention when you bring up startup culture is the work life balance or in some cases lack of work life balance. rtbrick is filled with people who are really passionate about seeing a world class product come to life and that entails odd hours only when its really needed. Dislikes

In rtbrick technology never gets statisified or content with what is been achived. Every achivement is seen as stepping stone for next set of important goals. which keeps us at our toes and eventually pushes the standards even higher. If anyone sees this as a double edged sword rtbrick is not the place for them.
