When an intern joins, there is equal responsibility on his shoulders to demonstrate competency and aptitude to match the job requirements in any organization. If there is a mismatch during internship/probation period, then it is best to part ways in a professional manner. At Rtbrick we provide ample time, opportunity and support to assist an intern/probationer become an employee, after all this is a significant investment for us. However at times this association does not work out and we have to part ways to maintain overall performance and professionalism that our customers demand of us.
