Nothing much but working here is like working in mill or factory something

Everything if you have fever and you take additional leave you're gonna face everything worst place no job security

I love to dealing with customer and closing the deal...team leader Mr Ravi Kumar is great. And rest other seniors was toxic.

Reliance company is good but resQ work experience is so horrible, especially for service manager it's so hectic job ever in all industries.

Dislikes

For resq, reliance need to work ground realities,market requirements, people management and importance of field person. resQ is failed to manage their field service manager to build strong player in the market.

no acknowledgement of work and achievements credit goes to higher authority , if you are getting promotion you have to take relocation

I joined Reliance with good expectations but the store manager with whom I got the opportunity to work was not good and he used to talk well with everyone except 2-3 Reliance employees. They harassed us so much that I tried to get a transfer from there but my manager and HR did not cooperate. Because of this I had to leave Reliance which I never wanted to do after this. I joined Tata Croma where I have had a good experience so far but my experience with Reliance was not good at all and I cannot give 5 stars for it at all, 2 stars are fine from my side, this ground to Reliance We should see at this level what is going wrong. I had joined Reliance Digital for my better future, a good group like Tata, but I think that was my biggest mistake. I did not like Tata Group. One cannot expect any kind of help from the manager and HR team. The company should also keep an eye on all these activities at the ground level. This is my opinion.

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.

Policies are hourriable, There is no Human valus, HRs and Management team depending rummers of one or two persons. Showing Favouriteissum by Clusters and HR.

Should not work here it's horrible no proper salary no week offs no sick leave extra hours to be worked no payment for extra time dirty place to work Reliance should be stopped no proper employee satisfaction it's completely worst place to work

Very worst experience please don't work smart reliance very dirty people if u work there you will be died while you will never get a leave you will not get good payment don't work here there are much more better company than this small and cheap company
