I requested for relocation to my home state because of my mother’s health issues and even after getting the approval the HR team is still sitting quietly doing nothing. It’s being a month waiting for their action. Nobody takes care of the employee’s concerns here. Once an employee gets to know this company they try to leave it. Theyjust want labours to work for them without questioning anything or without putting their concerns. Even I haven’t received reimbursement since last two months. They make you work under bonds just because they know the face that once you get to know the truth you will not be staying there any longer. For ITSA Department 1) Good Clients and Projects 2) Supportive Staff

Dislikes

For ITSA Department 1) No Work Life Balance. 2) If you break the bond and pay the bond money, there is no guarantee they they will give the experience letter. The employee is just harassed. 3) After Appraisal was declared, the employees are given another bond to sign as they want to keep people for long time. 4) There is no reviewperformed by Managers and Director so the quality of end deliverables is poor and the resources do not learn about quality. 5) The HR does not take the feedback given by employees during the Exit Interview and still the ITSA department has lost all good resources. 6) No real time training of work is provided to employees. My Boss( partner/ Director ) was supportive while communicating for the project but that really didn't worked out.

Overall environment wasn't supportive in terms of Remuneration , not transparent practice for disbursement of salary. Management was silent over lot of issues where we needed them. Policies were like you count the apples to pay then to weigh them. Pre Covid We used to happily work on holidays but in COVID times we weren't allowed topunch more than 8 hours a day and we work for more than 10 hours , infact on sundays....Read More
