RSM, Surat is the only one consulting firm where you will not get laptop for your work at client side. You have to use your personal laptop. You will not get mail id also. Company has the policy to provide common mail id after 3 months. RSM stand at 6th position in top 10 audit firms there is no basic facilities. Here you will get 11 inch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand. Every body around you are well trained to betray you especially in the IT department. I believe that comes from the IT leadership. Most hopeless,incapable,untrustworthy IT leadership.
